Privacy policy

This policy describes personal-data processing on www.ecliptiq.hr. The controller is Ecliptiq j.d.o.o. za tehničko savjetovanje, Ulica Stjepana Radića 21, 34551 Lipik, Croatia, OIB 46487931386, email: info@ecliptiq.hr.

The company is a small one-person entity. No data protection officer (DPO) has been appointed; that is not required for this activity and scale of processing.

What we process

Via the contact form: name, email, phone if you give it, topic and message. We do not ask for more than is needed to reply.

The host may temporarily record IP address, browser and request time in access logs — ordinary operation and security of the infrastructure.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed only to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The form will not send without the consent box ticked.

Server logs, if kept by the host, rest on the legitimate interest of running the site securely (Article 6(1)(f)).

How we keep data

The message is emailed to info@ecliptiq.hr. We do not run an enquiry database, mailing list or user accounts. We keep the email as long as needed to handle the request, then delete it within 12 months, unless a contract or tax record follows — in that case statutory business-record periods apply.

Recipients

The controller reads the message. Technically, email and hosting pass through the cPanel hosting provider as a processor. We do not sell data or send it to third parties for marketing.

This version of the site does not load Google Fonts, Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, reCAPTCHA, or embedded Google/YouTube maps or videos.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, to object where applicable, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting lawfulness before withdrawal. Write to info@ecliptiq.hr.

You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

Automated decisions

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

Security

The site is published over HTTPS. The form does not accept files. Input is cleaned before email is sent. Messages are not written into public web folders.

Changes

If processing changes (for example statistics or WhatsApp), this policy will be updated. Version: August 2026.
